Non delivery of order

I have placed an order for a fastrack watch ,product code 9271 vide order no PB13679 on 24-07-2012 . Even on 08-08-2012 it was shown in the site as available item and 8 items left but now they are claiming that this watch is out of stock and everytime a call is made they are asking for more time as one or two days,will call back in the evening etc . The previous order PB12505 was also having the same problem in which they claimed that the item is out of stock . Consecutively two times this has happened to me .
