Issues in disconnecting services of my cell # 7795079990

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi,

This is regarding disconnection of my Tata Docomo Mobile # 7795079990. I have been following up with you guys and getting Request no’s without any action as mentioned below :-

Moreover, inspite of giving request and no action taken from your end, the billing continued. As i always pay excess amount than actual bill, all of them were deducted and finally i was asked to pay 155/- as outstanding when i called on 4th Aug to check the status.

Please note :- I was asked as to why i wanted to discontinue the services from Tata Docomo.Also the feedback on services
My answer was – i don’t need it any longer as i have an alternate no. Regarding feedback i told that i was never happy as the connectivity was really bad and clearly specified that i want to discontinue the services.

Still i am not getting update on the same and moving from pillars to post for the same…..
