Timtara is the worst and most unreliable online store. On all the four items I purchased, none have received within a month, some even exceeded two months though they claim to deliver within 10 – 15 days. The latest is a Hitachi AC which is awaiting shipment since about one month. When their Customer Care rep is said to escalate the matter, he says his supervisor is not available and he will just note the complain. I have contacted CC many times but no reaction.
