Complaint against BSNL for BV-ONMOBL service CRICKET pack

Name of company/service: BSNL

Sir,
I have a BSNL SIM bearing mobile No. 9436715044, for 3(Three) week i regularly feeling with the problem regarding deactivate of a service like CRICKET pack, it was charged for Rs.5/- per week, today (21-07-2012) also charge for Rs 5/-, therefore Rs.15/- was already deducted from my mobile main mobile balance (after deduction of all Taxes). I received all the massage from BV-ONMOBL service. I complaint to customer care, there are given no response about this problem. Its too much that customer care said to me, that the service was active from customer end. But it was highly challenge to BSNL that the aforesaid service was not active by me (mobile user). Now i request to you, kindly take action against this service provider whose intention to make profit from Client. , I requested please check mater immediately and refund as early as possible.

    Sir,
    I have a BSNL SIM bearing mobile No. 9431744069, for about 12 months I regularly facing with the problem regarding deactivate of a service like UTSAV pack, it was charged for Rs.5/- per month on 4th day about 60 rupees was already deducted from my mobile main mobile balance in last one year. I received all the massage from BV-ONMOBL service. I complaint to customer care many times, there are given no response about this problem. I applied for DND also in the month of August 2012 and on 1st sep 2012 but BSNL taken no heeds about my problem. Its too much that customer care said to me, that the service was active from customer end. But it was highly challengable to BSNL that the aforesaid service was not active by me (mobile user). Now i request to you, kindly take action against this service provider whose intention to make profit from Client. , I requested please check mater immediately and give direction to stop sending messages and also direct to refund my deducted amount as early as possible.
