Sir, My name is Daya Shanker I’d dispatch a Courier to My son Mr. Anurag Chaurasiya wide DOC No. 117425381 Dated 21.07.2012 from varanasi to IIM Bangalore but it is not delivered till date. I let you know that My son is studying in IIM Bangalore and the document is very important but approx more than 200 reminders it has not been dispatch right now and courier service is not giving proper response.
Therefore I am requesting you kindly take a necessary action on the same. it will be immense help to me.
