Hello,
We have got monthly installment sceem with TBZ called kalpavrukh were we are suppose to pay monthly installment of Rs 5000 for 11 months and at the end of 12 months we receive Jewellary of Rs 60000 thousands.
the service was proper for the month of April 2012 and May 2012 but no one turn up for commection for the month of June 2012. When we called up TBZ Ghatkopar and asked for the collection they said now collection for the June 2012 is closed so the payment term will be increased.
We do not want to increase the term so we said please return back Rs 10000 (April and May installment) with NO interest.
In against TBZ is telling that we cannot retrun the amount we need to buy some product from the store.
We just need to amount deposited to them without interest and do not want to buy Jewellery from them.
