Location/place: Delhi
Name of company/service: Timtara
I had bought a camera online from Timtara website, which was supposed to be delivered in 21 days.
The payment has been realized on 17th July, one month ago, but the status of delivery is still awaiting shipment for last 30 days.
I have called at their customer care so many times, but no action has been taken yet. They do not respond to my calls or mails.
Please HELP..!!
Following is the email communication I had received on 16th July:
