Regarding: – Revival of Policy
Dear Sir,
I would like to state what happen with me in detail.
1) I got mobile call from Mr. Rajeev Malhotra, Cell no. 7503963100 & 9015753046 in month of June 12. He told me that your policy no. C102330610 has replaced; you did not pay premium Rs. 23718/- Which due date was 31-08-2011. If you are interest in revival of policy no. C102330610 you have to pay Rs. 24500/- through cheque including late fee & other charges. I can arrange messenger who will meet you & collect cheque & necessary paper, which is required. I tell you what is requirement for revival of your policy (a) two photograph (b) X-copy of original document of your policy (c) cheque of Rs. 24500/- (d) your signature on some paper which is sending to you to messenger.” In his reply I told Mr. Rajeev Malhotra that I am only interested to revival of my policy. Please do not take any misleading attitude to open new policy. If you will do something wrong with me; I have option to return new policy within free look period. Mr. Rajeev Malhotra ensured me nothing wrong will be happen. He also makes contact with Mr. Dinesh Kumar RM in this regard. Mr. Dinesh Kumar also ensured me that my old policy will be revived.
As per discussion held with Mr. Rajeev Malhotra & Mr. Dinesh Kumar I gave cheque & paper what they required.
On 21-June-2012 I got policy document of new policy C275061120 through Blue Dart couriers. After that I immediately called to Mr. Rajeev Malhotra & told him why did he mislead me. Instead of revival of policy old policy, new policy had been issued. It was not fair Mr. Rajeev Malhotra told me by mistake it was happened. He further said “again messenger is being send to you & you requested to return new policy to messenger. I would managed to cancel this policy C275061120 & you old policy C102330610 will be revived soon.”
I again requested to Mr. Rajeev to ensure that this thing should be done within free look period otherwise I lose this option. As per his instruction I return document of new policy no. C275061120. After ten days I again remand Mr. Rajeev Malhotra that new policy did not cancel & my old policy did not revive till the date. Mr. Rajeev Malhotra told me “I would email receipt of premium of policy C102330610 & system will take some time to get update. New issued policy must be canceled.
On Monday 16 July 2012 at 10.59AM
Mr. Rajeev Malhotra had emailed by email I.D. [email protected] which copy is being attached herewith. Please check this receipt. Is it fabricated receipt? This is subject of bridge of stress. It is also subject to test who got extra benefit to generate new policy. Please suggest what I have to do in this context.
It is matter of test Mr. Rajeev Malhotra & Mr. Dinesh Kumar have any connection with TATA AIA or not.
