I booked orders No- 637775 dated 10/06/2012 for one ‘Memory Card Reader’ and No- 652206 dated 16/06/2012 for one ‘Galaxy Wall Clock’. The payments were made on the dates of booking the orders through credit cards. Having not received the items I e-mailed and the Complaint Ticket No.- 324523. Again I talked with their Customer Care Executive on 28/06/2012 for 15 minutes (Conversation Id- 333338) to no avail. One Ms. Kavita called me from their Kolkata office ( from Mobile 9830557229) and was that evasive to give any solution. Afterwards whenever I tried to contact her she did not take my call. Lastly I called the Customer Care Executive again on 11/07/2012. One Mr. Manish abruptly cancelled my call. I made a repeat call and was forced to listen to the instrumental music for 15 minutes having been kept on hold. In the process I had to spend almost more than Rs. 100.00. Till date there is no response. Can I claim a compensation along with refund of my money?
