I ordered a “HP 16 GB 210 Steel Pen Drive” worth Rs 625/- with order ID- 3001333640 on 31-July-2012 through online payment on Indiatimes Shopping online portal. It is scheduled to delivered on 10-Aug-2012. But it is not delivered and no updates sent to me on this matter. I called to Indiatimes Shopping Tele Customer Care on 13-Aug-2012 and filed a complain through it with Complain ID- 360144. They said to me that I’d get call in 48 hours, but I don’t get a call and no progress is made in this matter. Yesterday (i.e. 16-Aug-2012) again I talk to their Senior Supervisor named Mr. Abhinav Butani. He console and give me in written e-mail to solve the matter yesterday (i.e. 16-Aug-2012) by 6:00 pm. Again no updates. I already spend Rs 625/- for buying the product and spend Rs 200/- on phone call for inquiring about my order. Still I don’t get any updates form Indiatimes Shopping. Please look in this matter.
