Harassed by service centre and customer care centre of samgsung mobile

Dear Sir,

I, Jitendra Jain is a customer of Samsung for the last more than 10 years and using various products of Samsung Company.

Presently I am using Samsung Galaxy-S (Model No. GT-I9003), which I purchased on 18 November 2011 (bill attached) and getting troubled with this model since 03.08.2012 (Total Hang Problem).
To get my problem resolved, I contact one of the services centers situated at Jaipur (Service Centre: – 0003461676- Ablaze Communication) on 04.08.2012 and told them about the problem, they opened the phone in front of me and got assured that there is no problem because of dampness or crack, therefore it was suggested that this problem is just because of software and will be rectified on 05.08.12, then on Monday (05.08.2012), I got phone call from service center that there was a problem in connector which they have cleaned it and now phone is working properly, but after some time I again got call from service center that there is some another problem with the charging jack and needs to replace, and will be repaired on 08.08.2012. Then I visited the service center on 08.08.2012, in order to get my phone repaired but it was not working as it was having some network problem, then the engineer rectified the problem and phone seemed ok.
After reaching home, I put the mobile on charging and it was showing the same problem (Total Hang Problem), therefore I again went to service center and told them the problem, they again format my phone and said that now LCD is not working and they will replace the LCD.
Now I am with a view that the engineers working on this service centre don’t even recognize the problem and they are experimenting with the mobile (hit and trial method is being used).
In this regard, I want to draw your kind attention towards the fact that the warranty period is going to be finished by 18th November 2012, and if same problem occurs after that who shall be responsible for this as no expenditure will be reimbursed to me for getting my mobile repaired, So I request you to look into this matter seriously and personally, as it seems that I am being harassed after this total hang problem because now I cannot access my mails and some other important features for which I paid for this device, my business is getting hampered because of this faulty mobile set since 03.08.2012 and from the attitude of engineers working at this service center that this phone is not going to get repaired ever, so they kill my precious time and I think during this my warranty period will be expired and company will be free from any sort of liability, so I need total replacement of the same set by new one.
