This courier service do not deliver products.When asked their officer at customer care that why they do not call the number of receipient, they bluntly say it is not their policy. Every other courier service in India always informs the receipient if they come to deliver the package.If we track the history of package we find the dates their on which it is said that delivery attempted but premises closed. Which is utterly false. My package was returned to sender by claiming that receipient not available.Which is false.
