Bus cancellation and Ticket Refund

Hi,

This is abhishek pandey, i booked a bus on redbus from Goa o Bangalore on 5th Oct 2014 at 4:30 pm in evening, i reached the bus station at 3:30 and just at that time i got a message that bus is cancelled, redbus didn’t arranged any bus for me on that that instead i paid twice the amount for my bus ticket and came to bangalore. I called red bus to refund my money but since the last 5 days they are not acting at all and telling me that we did not get any confirmation from operator and at the moment we can’t refund your money and ignoring this issue. Everytime i call the red bus call centre i get the same info, could you kindly let red bus to act upon this issue or else i’ll move to consumer court and take legal action against them.
