Non-Deliver of my artical

Name of company/service: Post Office

Respected Sir,
We have post my article from Ranchi- G.P.o. dated: 03.08.2012, article no. EJ114633663IN, via- Speed Post for the destination: Sri Sita Ram DAV. Public School, Pupri (Janakpur Road), Bihar, Pin code: 843320.
But till now my article could not be delivered. according to Post office rule about speed post it must be deliver within 72Hours in any corner of INDIA.
So, Please take the necessary action and give me justice.
