Non Delivary of product & Non refund of the money.

Name of company/service: TIMTARA

I have booked two products through online shopping site named TIMTARA. Order No. is 10273214 and 10276520 booked on 17/06/12 and 23/06/12 respectively .When i contacted TIMTARA they told me we dont have the product so u apply for refund so i applied for refund- Tis is for the first product. Later for the second product also they did the same way . But not whenever i call that say we will refund your money but they are not refunding . Pls help in refunding my money . I have already paid the money through online transaction. i have seen your programme in TV so request your help..Thank You .
