HI, This is Ravish Kumar, a subscriber of Bharat gas, ravathi star enterprises bearing customer number 22180864. I have booked my refill request 15 days back and have not received the refill till date. Everytime when I call them for reminder they give us a date of 2 days later which never came. I am fed up with this pathetic service and have to manage with alternate sources which becomes even more difficult having 2 kids at home and a MNC job. Someone please have a look at this at urgent.
