With due respect I would like to say that I am self employed at Narela, Delhi and my wife is Librarian in Govt. school at Sonipat. We have been living at Sector-23, Sonipat since 2002. My LPG gas connection was shifted in Dec. 2010 from Dahiya Gas Service, Sarang road, SNP to Sonipat Gas Service, Kakroi road, Sonipat. The previous service providers were very efficient in their service. However, the present one is just the opposite in delievery. They take around two months time in delievery from the date of booking whereas others deliever within 15 days. Moreover, their public dealing is WORSE. They just don’t know how to behave with public at large. Many people outside their office could be heard saying that this Agency is selling cylinders in Black @ Rs 800 per cylinder and making money at the expense of public like me. I have not been delievered ANY CYLINDER SINCE 5-4-2011 despite several bookings. When contacted, the agency says that my house was found locked when their staff came for delievery. In this regard Iwould like to clarify that my wife leaves for school around 7:45 am and reaches home around 3:00 pm whereas I leave house at 11:15 am.It could not be a coincidence everytime that the delievery boy had come between 11:15 am and 3:00 pm. We have not gone outside for a trip since 2002. Moreover, I had also requested the agency to avoid that time interval. The dealer is exploiting my situation and making unrealistic excuses. People like me are helpless and left to the mercy of such greedy, arrogant and unsocial service providers who are indulging in blackmarketing of LPG cylinders.
Hon’ble Consumer Forum, Sonipat recently reprimanded this Agency and ordered it to pay monetary fine for delay in service.
In view of the foregoing it is quite apparent that MS Sonipat Gas Service is hell bent upon victimizing the general public. I would, therefore, request your goodselves to kindly order an enquiry and initiate suitable necessary action against it.
