Dear sir,
I have admitted my son Mr Anirudh Agarwal , then studying in Std XI , at jayanagar Centre in Bangalore of Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd, (BTPL) during May-June 2011 for two years tuitions for AIEEE 2013. I have paid Rs 29836/- towards fee in advance for this two years tuition in May 2011 itself and got a receipt too. Centre conducted classes only for one year at the Jayanagar centre, Bangalore. Now classes are not being conducted by tutorials and we were not informed further on this by the tutorials. It seems that they are not bothered about future of students. Then I have written a letter to tutorials on 14-5-2012 on refund of tuition amount at its HO at Chennai (address given below) and sent by RPAD. They received it but I did not get any reply till now. Thereafter I have spoken to its HO in chennai but they did not respond properly.
I had no other option but admitted my son in another coaching centre in Bangalore, as he has to prepare for AIEEE- 2013 exam.
It is clear that BTPL do not want to reply to our letter and also do not have intention to refund our hard earned money. They are cheaters.
Please help me on this so as to get my monet refunded by tutorials.
