Non approval of Warranty

I had purchased a motherboard of Asus Brand on 23rd june 2010.
A fault occured on 3rd june 2013,as it comes under warranty period till date 23rd june 2013, i mailed them a scan copy of my invoice and but they are saying warranty is expired.
