I would like to inform you that I am using vodafone no. since 6 to 7 yers and i am not satisfied with response from the Vodafone team, Delhi and want to take it further with you.

My number was incorrectly charged with Vodafone 3G !fees which I do not agree with and when I had a word with the team as i have written no. of mails since Last week of April .I am not getting a response for my complaint .
They have a same format to reply with inspite of understanding the problem they reply with a standard format .
This is really annoying i have been writing mails that i had been told by the customer care the plan is of Rs 650 unlimited 2G and 3G for 3GB. After a month my bill came for Rs 5670 approx. When i started calling for my complaint they have listed out my no. for no calls to cutomer care means if i want to talk to customer care ,I cannot . The only means to speak to Vodafone is EMAIL . So I started wring compalinty mails to them but no use , My no . is not working from last 2 months ,no calls but still they are sending messages and bills to me . Please tell if it is 650 Rs for 3G plan and 150 for calling how can be my bill is Rs 6500 plus . Kindly tell what should i do .
Inspite of wring so many mails about 10 to 15 they told me in their last mail that pls tell me the names of the person who choosed your plan .

I mean ” what a poor and low standard response” I really doubt your service.

The worst service I have ever seen. I have been writing the mails since the day i got high amount bill .Still they are asking same ???

I wanted the Vodafone net plan! charges and the month for which i have not used the services completely waived off also the late fee.

Also, I get calls from the Vodafone team and since i am not using vodafone services now , I will term this as harassment and want to stop this effective immediately.
I am planning to file a legal complaint against this, if this is not resolved.

    I am sick of writing emails just because vodafone people mistake .
    Please find some of emails which i have been sending to customer care
    , so that my query is resolved .

    Also I still not have any other no. , the only mode is through email .
    As my vodafone no. services is suspended.

    Do you know why I am writing so emails , calls here ad there because i
    know its not my fault .and then for that why should pay.

    I really wish you kindly waive of my all my bill as it just like a
    punishment I am getting for using your services till date.

    Vodafone is such a big company , why dont you hear the voice which you
    record for the training purpose.

    Also Just need to tell you that I am also working in customer care but
    we have never reverted to a customer without providing any resolution
    to their problem .But here I dont know about your company rules .Other
    telecom services are far better than yours .

    And now find my first mail send to vodafone .

    Myself “Ruchi Mehta “Vodafone no.9899191960. I am a regular customer since last 5 to 6 years .

    To use 3G services I called your customer care last month and have given me option with 2 to 3 plans .
    ( 24 march or 25 march)

    1 . 250 Rs for 1GB in 3G network
    2. 650 Rs for 3 GB in 3G network and then afterwards it will be charged .
    3. 650 for 3 GB in 3G network and after that it will be converted unlimited 2G plan.

    Listening to all above options I opted for 3 rd plan which is 650 for 3 GB in 3G network and after that it will be converted to unlimited 2G plan.

    After all this i re checked and confirmed to caller for my services and also to control my bill amount I changed my calling plan as well which was Rs 150 rental so that my bill would not cross Rs 900 to 1000.
    I was satisfied with my decision and using my services . But after few days I got MSG that you have consumed 613.57 MB free usage and to get an additional 1 gb at Rs 250 just for this month SMS ACT ADD1GB to 111 on (31 march)

    And on 2nd april i got another massege that you consumed 200.01 Mb (approx.) of datayour current bill a will be charged 2p/ 10kb
    to cross check i called customer care about my plan but that lady confirmed me yes mam your 3G unlimited plan is activated and pls ignore this kind of messages .

    Then again on 6 April I was unable to use my internet services , then again I called customer care to check my6 plan as I was unable to check my service 281150. .

    And it didnt work 13 april , and on 7 April i have again revcived an SMS saying (Hello! your service registration no. SR_No is registered on 6 April @ 8 :49 am and shall respond you on saturday 13 April 6pm. SR_ No =2339 281150)

    so i called customer care and even i have recived an sms saying ( we sincerly regret the inconvinience caused to you and we are ensuring nesecessary action to prevent reoccurrence of any such issues )

    Than again after sometime on 9th April I received MSG saying you have consumed 800 .02 MB 9 approx) i was under impression that do not need to wory as i have cross checked many a times about my pacakge .

    Again on 15th April an SMS came you have consumed 1400 MB etc etc i mean i was getting frustated as I donot have any other work inspite of calling customer care to cross check my plans so that i could not be charged with any extra amount . Finally I again cross checked that Please do let me know my plans they said yes your plan is 650 Rs unlimited 2G with 3 GB in 3 G network . So now I was assured that I will not be charged extra.

    But GOD KNOWs what kind of software you have !!!

    Later on 26 April my bill was generated with Rs 5536 approx amount . I was SHOCKED!!!

    Now what should I do as I tried your customer care no. for last 3 days but it couldnot work . I was thinking that half of the time my network was not working , I have taken unlimited plan and on all above how can it be possible

    Than again in the morning around 8:37 AM , I called Customer care to check that why my bill is generated this much as i have an unlimited plan .The girl transferred my line to technical department and again I told that guy why 5500 Rs bill to me I have unlimited plan , he said yes mam you have 650 unlimited wala plan .

    I request you to please cross check all the recordings in your software as today also same wordings are told to me your customer care guy . from day one I was telling my 650 unlimited plan .

    See i only earn 8000 Rs , and i have big family serve , My husband did not received salry from last 2 months .

    Please tell me who will pay this much amount when i donot have any fault .

    Kindly look into this matter and revert ASAP as i have been cheated to charge extra .

    I am not getting any answer from your end , even i have not recived the mail at my personal email id.
    Inspite of so many followups , complaints , i have not received any reply and torture calls are coming to my relatives for payment .
    After seeing this kind of service ,i am sure that i will not use vodafone services any more in future .

    Also if you have any reply to my all above queries/ complaints then pls do it on consumer forum page .

    Please give me ur no. , so that i can call u as i am trying to update in link given but it is showing error . Please ask vodafone people to not to give threatining calls .
