Non-activation of Prepaid to Postpaid

I showed my interest in converting my Prepaid Airtel number to Postpaid Airtel. I got the call from Airtel customer care that i need to submit the documents and they will send the representative for that from Karshani Solutions. I submitted the documents along with Sim charges i.e. Rs. 250. And they provided me the Airtel Slip of Amount and they have assured me that my number will be converted in 24 hrs. But i have not only waited for 24 hrs but waited for 2 weeks and finally i got a message from Airtel that my request has been cancelled due to verification obligations. I got so many calls from the customer care for the verification and i have told them 100 times that plz send your representative on Weekend only because m a working person m not availble on weekdays. but i think the people sitting at the customer care center are either Deaf or they are not much literate to understand my simple Language be it Hindi or English. I have tried to talk to the representatives of karshni Solutions but people working their are literally barking on customers because the lady whom i have talked to is so rude & mannerless she dont know how to handle customers. she was literally shouting at me. I have been using Airtel for 7 years and never faced any issues in their services but i think now the Airtel has ruined its standard by hiring such idiotic, Rude & arrogant representatives.
After facing so much of problem i should have put a file against to that shameless representative and on karshni Solutions, But before that thought to contact forum for amicable settlement.
Please Team Look after my case and i need your immediate actions. Even though 250.00 Rupees is not a big amount but karshni solutions should have directly begged me for the same, i would have happy to do some Charity for this poor organisation with more than 250.00 Rupees.

Please Team this is to request kindly look after my case and help me to get my money refunded.
This is really pathetic and irritating
