I have placed order on kaunsa.com on 16th March 2015, with order no.39971967541637 and paid rs.9999/- through Axis Bank credit card.
i have day to day contact kaunsa.com, for delivery of product. they everyday commit me, they will deliver my mobile next day. but, they did send my mobile.
on 29th March 2015, they delivered my mobile, but, mobile not as per said specification also with few scratch marks and its totally a FAKE product as I’ve already checked with Samsung Service Centre.
I want to return/replace the same against original product or refund my money.
