Drear Sir/Madam,I m update software 2 times but my problem not solve.then again i have submit my c2-06 cell phone to u r service center syona services,vashi on 15 may 2012, i m facing problem of blutooth not working properly,cell hang,restart,data not restore,cell is c2-06 but show c2-03.but on 24th may i m going to ur service center for collecting my cell but there another serous issues.
my comp lent no is -1-12348521059.job sheet no is-969504867/120503/64.imei no is-357014043400589.product code is-059K8C0. my phone slider is Chang.hand set is c2-06 & now slider is c2-03.also scratches in phone.on date -1.6.12 i have collect handset. but still blutooth not working properly.when i want send my data through Bluetooth. Bluetooth search automatically canceled.my handset look is also chang.its not look like c2-06 graphite. its look normal c2-03.what can i do now.on 2nd jun i m send mail to nokia but they not give sufficient answer/or replay. nokia care person told me to submit u r cell again in nokia care.how many time i m submit my cell in nokia? i m suffering this problem in last 2 months. but nokia not giving me proper solution.Nokia service is very bad.thats why i m register my comp lent hear.plz give me my mony back or give me new c2-06 graphite cell.
