My uncle Govind Devji Mali had taken the tanker in 2009 on loan. He Repayed the same in 5 months with prepayment and other charges.
The bank did not deposited it in the loan account and bounced the checks. Now they are demanding bounced charges and incremental interest on the money.
As we have repayed the loan with all dues in just 5 months, why should we need to pay the charges levied afterwards.
I need the NOC urgently, please do something on the matter.
