Eureka Forbes : Vaccurm Cleaner is not usable

Hi
We have taken wet and dry model vaccum cleaner from eureka forbes last year. The machine motor has stopped working within 6 months, they have changed the motor in january 2012 and again the machine has stopped working in 2 months. Our warranty period got over in End of May 2012. When we called the technician he said we need to change the motor and it will cost Rs9000.
We have not even used the machine much in last year and even after changing motor in jan it has again gone down.
Eureka Forbes have given us a faulty piece and now charging the cost of the whole product to change the motor.
The service is pathetic, They said the final invoice of the product we will get by courier which we never got it yet. and even after asking them for a duplicate invoice they have not processed our request.
We need the company to change the faulty piece even though its not in warranty. As when taking they said that the product doesn’t give any issues till 10-15 yrs.
We need some progress on this matter.

    Hi,

    Same is the experience with me . This (Eureka Forbes Vaccuum Cleaner)is a really useless Product. Costs around 12k and motor replacement costs around 9k. I have hardly used it .. (not more than 24 times in 12 months).
    I would never recommend this Product to anybody .

    The Service is extremely pathetic . once the product stops working .. please pray to God before calling customer service ..You have to call them 10 times so that they respond.

    If somebody can help . .that would be really gr88 …

    I have purchased wet and dry vacuum cleaner on September 2011 and it worked well for 3 months and it stopped working from December. I have called the customer care repeatedly and i was promised of a solution every time when i called , but nothing has happened after that.

    I purchased a vacuum cleaner. The power switch went kaput. In spite of reporting the complaint, the technician is not coming in to set the machine right. The telephone calls go unanswered. I will not recommend this product to anybody.

    Ha ha most customers shared the same view. I purchased Xforce in April 2016 and the force has gone dussss already.after calling the customer care and about 10 people in the organization finally the technician showed up after five days and told me that the motor has to be replaced. What a quality a 10k machine does not even last longer than 4 months… Pathetic. I would not recommend anyone this company and its products. It’s after sales service is the most pathetic. Highly unprofessional.
