No SIM Activation post 48 hours

Location/place: South Ex, New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I lost my mobile on Sunday and went to the Vodafone store located at South Ex in New Delhi. The sim was provided with a promise of activation within 2-4 hours. After 48 hours and half a dozen calls with Vodafone helpline, I am told I will have to go back to the store.

As I work in Gurgaon, that means I will have to leave early, including the 2 days I spent without connectivity.

I urge all of you to be very strict with this store in future.
