Bill Generation after Disconnection

Location/place: Thane, Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd

We are Thane residents, we raised a request to Tikona services to discontinue the internet services on 23rd June ,and got a reply back saying it will be discontinued in 5 days , however the connection is not discontinued yet and they are generating the bill for each month(2600 total till now) , which we are not liable to pay as we moved out of that house ,and not using the services,our request refrence ID is 1-2393127615 and our Tikona ID is 1104384966, their customer services are always engaged, furthur they don’t follow up with the customer’s concern and don’t take it seriously.
