the samsung ac that we were using stopped working on 27th july 2012. we had lodged a complaint in the nearest service center J K Electronics, Ganesh Mills, Chariali Bandardua near North Lakhimpur, Distt-Tejpur, Assam. ph no – 03602266121. the complaint was lodged by Maj Bhaskar Pandey on 28th July 2012 and the complaint was registered by Mr Biplab (of J K Electronics) ph no -09954179535 and he assured an engineer visit within 2 days. this visit never happened and we were constantly in touch with Mr Biplab who continuously assured us of sending an engineer for next 15 days but again no one ever turned up. finally we lodged a complaint in samsung india customer care on 12 july by Maj gagan jetli vide complaint no. 8445284498. and yet again we were assured an engineer visit within one day but gain no one turned up. today it has been exactly 20 days since the air conditioner has not been functioning. we would like to get the cost of the air conditioner as compensation as we have not been able to use the machine during peak summer time and no service has been provided by the company.
