Hello Sir/Madame,
I have purchased HTC Sensation mobile phone on 11 September, 2011. Since then phone was not working properly.
I have submitted my phone in HTC service center for replacement but they have changed only mother board. After doing all this things, my device still not working properly and the same issues are continue. I have also replaced my headphone but still it is not working properly.
Lastly, after getting approval of one on one replacement from HTC customer care, I submitted my phone in Ahmedabad service center named Abhinav Technologies at Ashram Road on first week of July,2012 and its job ID is AMD001-0000028. HTC customer care executive told me that I will get new device within 10 days. After 2 months of time and so many calling in HTC customer care, I got the same answer that there is no stock available for my device replacement so you have to wait for 15 days.
Now you tell me what should I do? If they are unable to give the service then why are they selling the phone?
Please help me.
