No service offered even after payment

on Online recharge site www.rechargefree.com,i made a transaction to recharge my phone numbers did not took place.my money was deducted through my bank account through online banking but recharge not being done.kindly help
1st case
Ref no.1232522271 the mobile number on which recharge sought is 9034197634 dated on 15/02/13 and the amount was rs.50.0

2nd Case
Ref no.1232513958 the mobile number is 9466383913 dated 01/31/13 amount 100.00

kindly help i have mailed a lot but got no reply.i hope a reply
