No service from Tikona

Worst service, do not buy, no response for 3 days, if you have no internet signal, I raised complaint on 11 August but till today I am without Internet connection , they do not know, how to fix problem, I paid 6 month advance bill, so not able to disconnect also, planning to go to consumer forum
