No service even in warranty period

Location/place: Delhi
Name of company/service: Micromax
I bought micromax Q1 whose motherboard got fused just after 2 wks. I gave it in the authorized service center 2 months before but till the date did not get my cellphone back. I made several visits to the service center but all in vain. But now, th service station is not at the given address any more. Please suggest
