Dear sir/mam
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company (AIRTEL).
First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not
responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation.
This is to bring o your notice that i have been facing a serious network
problem with airtel at my residence since a week now. i have already complained
about it but no action has been taken.i have 4 connections with airtel, but now
i plan to cut all of them as i am very upset with the kind of attention being
paid to my complaint. if you cannot resolve it please let me know so that i can change my service provider asap. I have called several times asking you to do (solve the issue as My landline no 01244082198 has swapped with an another no 01244080196 and because of that I am unable to use the phone as well as the
wi-fi service) to resolve this complaint. Your attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory.
Much to my disappointment I found that the inspite o several commitments to
resolve the problem , my problem was not completed as agreed .

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
