no response / poor service

Dear sir/mam

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company (AIRTEL).

First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not
responsible for my bad experience, but I am still upset about the situation.

This is to bring o your notice that i have been facing a serious network
problem with airtel at my residence since a week now. i have already complained
about it but no action has been taken.i have 4 connections with airtel, but now
i plan to cut all of them as i am very upset with the kind of attention being
paid to my complaint. if you cannot resolve it please let me know so that i can change my service provider asap. I have called several times asking you to do (solve the issue as My landline no 01244082198 has swapped with an another no 01244080196 and because of that I am unable to use the phone as well as the
wi-fi service) to resolve this complaint. Your attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory.

Much to my disappointment I found that the inspite o several commitments to
resolve the problem , my problem was not completed as agreed .

I trust this is not the way your Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers¿I have been with you since the company was founded and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.

look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within __3__ days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I may be contacted at the above address and phone.
