interest rate of education loan

Location/place: kalna, burdwan, west bengal

Name of company/service: state bank of india

Dear Sir

I’m Gobindalal Bhattacharyya,in 2010 im taking education loan from kalna State bank of india and my loan account number is 31314895994.

But in RBI master circular-interest rate on advance(RBI/2010-11/72, DBOD.NO.DIR.BC.9/13.03.00/2010-11) clearly mention that up to 4 lakh not exceeding BPLR and interest to be debited quarterly/half yearly.In stating time they are not followed the BPLR rate and interest debited on monthly basis.

So please solve my problem and i will thankful to you.
