i am having trouble with my electrolux AC.it is a window AC of 1.5 ton.the problem is that it is not cooling.
i called the customer care and registered a complaint on sunday 7th june 2009.my customer complaint number is DEL0706090786
have been calling them everyday since then to send somebody home to take a look.but even after promising nobody has turned up.it is extremely hot in delhi these days and i live on the top floor..so u can imagine that my room must be boiling hot.is this the way to treat customers.
