Dear Sir,
I have submitted my mobile phone Nokia C5-03 at Nokia care center M/s Milap Electronics Nagpur on 9th July 12. Complaint ID 120709/30.
Almost 25 days have gone but my cell phone is not yet repaired. Nobody from company replied. Every time i would have to call & ask them. They give me only dates but no accurance at all. I am frustrated by the service provided by company. I am frustrated by the service provided by Nokia.
Please resolve my complaint.
