Hi I am Narendra Singh resident of FB-2 Lajpat Nagar Sahibabad Distt. Ghaziabad (U.P.) Pin code – 201005.
I am a customer of MTS Internet service / MBLAZE since last 2 1/2 years.
At the time of purchase of USB Modem(MBLAZE) they said that internet speed will be 3.1 mbps. I regular recharge my internet account with Rs 999 i.e. unlimited data download plan with validity of 30 days, but to surprise i never get speped even 1 mbps. Usually i get speed in ange of 0 kbps to 200 or 300 kbps and i many times called customer care exec of MTS about this but no result even they said on phone that they tell customer about 3.1 mbps speed but this speed is not possible from their end.
Hence if they are saying that 3.1 mbps speed is not possible then why the hell they are doing advertisement about this speed.
i have no other choice but to write this to consumer forum so that i can get compensation about my wastage of time.
Please help me to solve this issue.
