no response from care executives nd message send error

Since my message has been new to my SIM card since the last few days, I have complained to Idea Cellular that no message was sent from my SIM. He gave 24 hours time after that even after 24 hours after I sent the message. After the message send was new, after I complied, they cut the phone after listening to it and then no one was taking my call. Now, for me to port my SIM card, I need my unique porting code. Which can give care executives.
