Membership Fees deducted from my Credit card without any information

Respected Sir,

As per the captioned subject I have been applied from HDFC credit Card by their sales executive and he has committed that their is lifetime free card but now in my bill of APR2018 HDFC has deducted the 2500 RS Membership fee with plus gst in my card bill and without any prior information to me and I have communicated with them they are saying that it’s not free I will have to pay the fees and also threatening me to pay bill on time other wise leavy some more charges first they cheat me and again asking me to pay now I have no choice what to do as the false commitment by their sales executive he has also switched off his mobile it’s my hard earn money and I can’t loose it for Someone’s false commitment my credit card no is xxxx xxxxxx 8020 and my mobile no is 9714671655 kindly support me and get me out from their trap.
