No response against service request from company

Name of company/service: Godrej

I have registered service request with godrej on 20thjuly2013. engineer visited my house on 21st july. he asked me to make payment agaist service required for fridge. i asked the receipt and said i will pay only if i get receipt. He went back and no response from service agency till 23rd july. When i again called godrej customer care then on 24th july another engineer visited and taken payment giving recipt. After that no engineer cam to service the fridge. I am continuously calling godrej customer care, they say ok engineer will come today but no engineer has cam till today.
