I purchased a VOX portable projector worth 6500 thinking it will be a cheaper version of a lcd projector.. the brightness is terrible, the clarity was appalling, absolutely not worth its cost.. the worst part of it is the picture can be projected to a best view distance of 3 ft which is just about where a desktop sits.. so why would one want to buy a product that is of no use.. i called back asking for a refund which was refused, my mail to the ceo went unanswered and the tele caller specifically told me that one could use a AV cable with a usb port to be able to connect to the computer.. which was a lie.. it does not have that feature.. the best one could do is to copy the info into a pen drive and put it in the projector.. but the picture quality and brightness is SO poor that it is an absolute disaster.
Complete waste of money down the drain.. I requested an replacement but that will be done only with a defective piece.. the entire site and its operators are defective and complete cheats.
i suggested that i will return it on my cost to allow me to take another product of similar cost.. but this suggestion also was shot down.
When i threatened to complain to the consumer forum.. i was encouraged to do so telling me nothing will come out of it..
