CHEATING BY THE COMPANY

Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS

Hi, I am Rajesh from Kolkata and I had a complain against Reliance Communications. Today (4th April 2013), I visited there official website for special tariff vouchers and found a pack of Rs. 28 (All Local calls @ 1p/2sec , validity 60 days ). But when i recharged this Rs. 28 pack then i got a confirmation message from company that “Recharge of Rs 28 successful. Local calls @1.2p/2sec for 28 days “. After my recharge when i call there customer care service they said that from 1st April 2013 , they have changed their plans.
So, my complain is that i have been cheated by the company and they didn’t give the proper information about there new plans. This is not the the case of only Rs. 28. This is question about how this company making money by cheating people like us.
Please solve my problem so that no any other customer should not cheated like this in the future..
