No Refund

Sir,i had take mediclaim policy for 5 members from IHO in jan2012,i have paid rs5100 for that,but now till date i have not received that cards i had called them lot of time they told me that the add.was wroung ,then i sed my office addres,but they dont give any responce to me.Now i apply for refund bcz 7 months r gone & policy is not usefull to me,it is 1yr policy.But they told me that we r call back to u,now when i call to them they give same answer but not take any type of action on my complaint,due to economical problem i have required that money urgently but dont give any type of responce to me,they only told we will call back to u,they r playning with my fillings,pls take any strict action on that bluddy people,bcz no other people will painful by them in future.
