I have ordered a pandrive from Snapdeal on April 12.
I got defective product.. I paid cash on delivery.
I requested a replacement but there people cant delivered the new product and order got cancelled. After many days i did not get any email about refund.. I contacted customer care via Help section of App as they are not monitoring direct emails..
They asked for NEFT details.. Which i provided.. I got a confirmation that refund will be processed in 4 days.. I didnt get refund in that time.. I emailed many times.. No reply.. Called customer care.. They keep saying tomorrow..
I again complained using help section.. Again they asked me for NEFT details.. Again after 4 days there is no refund.. Many emails.. Many calls to them..
I again complained using help and same thing happened 3 times.. Now after 30 days of order i am still waiting..
Now, i want to teach them a lesson.. I am a lawyer and social media blogger.. Lets do something with these idiots..
