Defective Products

I have purchased Samsung A7i (IMEI NUMBER: 356825076187392) dated 06-03-2016 and within 2 months I have seen that from the corner of my Handset there is an internal damage my LCD.

Now I have taken my set to the Servicing Centre for servicing as my set is under warranty period. After keeping my handset two days in the servicing centre, they informed me that the liquid damage is not covered under warranty for the servicing I have to pay Rs. 9,993/-.

My new Samsung A7i Handset has a feature where both side covered with tempered glass and more over my handset is also covered with external case and there is no external damaged also seen.

Definitely this is a manufacturing defect where I should replacement from the servicing centre at free of cost but Samsung is charging me Rs. 9,993/-.

Please look after this matter and I need the remedy as soon as possible.
