I had send a money order to the the executive officer of Digha Sankarpur Development Authority, Digha, West Bengal, on 28 th of December 2012 from Bally Post office.
By mistake I had mentioned the wrong PIN code number.
Though I have contacted several times to the post office authority of Bally but still I don’t get any positive response from them.
Note: Wrong PIN code which I had mentioned is 741428.
