I bought X900 in august 2012 and since 2nd June 2013 i.e. within 9 months, my phone is not working. First of all the pick up didn’t happen for 4 days in spite of so many calls to the call center. First the problem was that the phone was not detecting network. It was repaired and sent mid of June. When I got the phone there was again problem with the phone with the mike. I have sent it for repair. First I was told that I will get it in few days and now I am told that the phone cannot be repaired. First I was told that I would be given replacement phone X1000. Now I am told I will get refund of rs.9156 which is not acceptable to me. So now I am offered Q700 and the same is not acceptable. I have informed that either pay me Rs.12000 or give X1000 else I will be compelled to approach the consumer court for compensation with interest.
The company does not have any proper service center nor proper coordination for resolving service issues
