Hello Sir,
My name is Mahesh Chourey, I have been using Airtel postpaid Mobile connection (number 9893494134). In December 2012, I had asked the company to discontinue the number and the connection because of the bad services.
I went to “Dash Enterprises, 16 Dhanvantari marg, Freeganj Ujjain(M.P)” which is the authorized customer service center of Airtel mobile services in Ujjain. The person there behaved very rudely after knowing that I want to discontinue my connection with Airtel. I cleared the outstanding bill amount and asked them to Discontinue the services with immediate effect. I have the original receipt of the bill amount dated 21 December 2012.
Even after that, my connection was active and I got a lot of calls from Airtel asking the reason for discontinuation and persuading me to keep it on despite my continuous disinterest.
I got bills from Airtel in January and February and when I went back to Dash Enterprises, they told me that they have filed the request and there is nothing they can do.
Now I got a call from Tees Hazaari court Delhi saying that a complaint has been filed against me that I have not paid rs 700 /- as the outstanding bill. I paid the amount because it was a call from the court.
I request you to take action on Airtel and Dash Enterprises Ujjain and provide me with the refund of my money which Airtel is charging without my consensus.
