No notifications for data usage

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Reliance

I have recently started using postpaid connection of reliance netconnect+. My data plan is of 250 rs. per month with data usage of 1024mb free. But I dont get a single notification from reliance that my data usage is completely used. My usage gets exceeded every month and later in my inbox..i get mails from reliance of Bills excess of 250/-. Last month my Bill was 694/-. I paid it. This month I got 381/-. I did not get any notification for this too. I am going to pay only 250/-. I am not going to pay the remaining amount. Please register the complaint and help me to do the same.
