I have purchase a cooling pad from shopping.inditaimes.com on 11 march 2013 against order no 3002099342 and make the payment of rs 613 through online payment. The product is not received at the address and after repeated reminder the product is not delivered. Than i request to cancelled the order and it is confirmed by shopping indiatimes that refund will be credited soon. Around 10-12 times i have contacted customer care of indiatimes and each time different people comes in picture with assurence that issue of refund will be solved but each time they just make false statement. I have even given them my bank statement so that they can know that amount is not credited to my account on 9 may2013 as given by customercare .Now they are saying to get the refund settle through my bank which is rubbish thing. Kindly look into the matter.
